Subscription & Billing Terms

These terms explain how the published package durations are billed. They should be read together with the Pricing page, Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

1-month option: monthly recurring subscription

The 1-month option for START, PREMIUM, PRO, ULTRA, MAX and PRIMA is billed monthly. It renews automatically every month until cancelled. Before the first charge, the customer must be informed that charges will continue monthly and must be given the available cancellation method. The customer authorizes the applicable recurring monthly charge when the subscription is purchased.

Monthly billing frequency

Each recurring charge covers the next monthly service period for the selected package. The amount charged is the 1-month price published for that package at the time of purchase, subject to any lawful and properly disclosed change.

Cancellation and future renewals

A customer may cancel future renewals of a recurring arrangement at any time through a cancellation method provided at purchase, the Cancellation page, or [email protected]. Once cancellation takes effect, no new recurring charge is initiated for the cancelled subscription after the effective cancellation point unless the customer authorizes a new arrangement.

Current paid period

Cancellation concerns future renewals. Unless applicable law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise, the current paid service period remains the period already purchased; cancellation does not by itself convert that payment into a refund.

3-, 6- and 12-month options

For 3-, 6- and 12-month options, the renewal status is part of the selected offer and is disclosed before payment. If recurring, the applicable package amount is charged again every 3, 6 or 12 months, respectively, until cancellation takes effect. If non-recurring, no later renewal charge is made. Before the first payment, the terms must identify the total charge, renewal status, any renewal interval and amount, and how future renewals can be cancelled.

Recurring-payment notices

For any recurring arrangement, LIRIA LTD will provide the disclosures and notices required by applicable law and payment-method rules. This may include confirmation of the subscription terms and cancellation instructions, and any required reminder before a later renewal.

Monthly-equivalent figures

Any “per month equivalent” shown for a 3-, 6- or 12-month option is a comparison figure only and is not a monthly charge. The selected offer states the actual charge and renewal status before payment. If recurring, the package amount renews at the disclosed 3-, 6- or 12-month interval until cancelled.

Refund relationship

Cancellation and refunds are separate. A refund request is handled under the Refund Policy, the terms of the purchased service and applicable law.
