LIRIA LTD processes the information needed to respond to customer requests and support its digital services. This policy describes the data handling used by this website.
Information you provide
Contact, refund and cancellation forms may collect information you enter, such as your name, email address, topic or service, payment or invoice reference, reason and message details. For online ticket submission, this information is sent to the same-origin /api/tickets endpoint. Direct email remains available as an alternative contact method.
How online form information is handled
The ticket Worker validates the request and routes accepted submissions to the relevant LIRIA TECH mailbox using authenticated email delivery. The Worker does not maintain a separate application ticket database. Operational correspondence may remain in the relevant business mailbox as needed to handle the request, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Cloudflare Turnstile is used as an anti-abuse measure for online ticket submission. The browser obtains a Turnstile token and the ticket Worker validates that token with Cloudflare before accepting a submission. The ticket Worker does not send the customer's free-text form fields to the Turnstile Siteverify request.
Browser storage
The website stores the visitor's light/dark theme preference in browser localStorage under the key liria-theme. This website does not currently use sessionStorage.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies and does not currently include an analytics tag. If the website implementation changes, this policy should be updated to reflect the actual tools in use.
Payments
This public website does not contain a card-payment form and does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes in the public website frontend. Any payment arrangement is handled separately from these support forms. Customers should never submit full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or authentication credentials through the website forms or by email.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information held about you, including rights to request access, correction or deletion.
