Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellation of recurring subscriptions. The 1-month option is recurring monthly. A 3-, 6- or 12-month option can also be recurring, with automatic renewal every 3, 6 or 12 months respectively, when the selected offer is presented as recurring before payment. The duration alone never determines the billing type.

How to cancel a recurring subscription

You may request cancellation through the cancellation form below, by emailing [email protected], or through another cancellation method provided at purchase.

Effect of cancellation

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals after it takes effect under the applicable billing terms, whether the recurring interval is monthly or a longer disclosed period. Once effective, no new recurring charge is initiated for the cancelled subscription unless you authorize a new arrangement. After the cancellation request is processed, LIRIA LTD will communicate the effective cancellation status using the contact details provided with the request.

Current paid period

Cancellation relates to future renewals. Unless applicable law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise, it does not by itself reverse the charge for the current paid service period.

3-, 6- and 12-month arrangements

For a 3-, 6- or 12-month offer, the renewal status is disclosed before payment. If the selected offer is recurring, cancellation stops future renewals at the disclosed interval after cancellation takes effect. If it is non-recurring, there is no later renewal charge to cancel. The duration itself does not determine the renewal model.

Cancellation is not a refund

Cancellation and refund requests are separate. A cancellation request does not automatically approve or create a refund. To request a refund, use the Refund Policy and request form or email [email protected].
